Our tester found the auto lock somewhat confusing, and since the handlebar does not lock into place when you push it, it hit her leg when she used it. She also thought that the handlebar was on the short side. This is especially true when a large bag for changing hangs from it.

Unlike other lightweight travel buggies, this doesn't skimp on features and is among the most feature-packed double strollers available. It's compatible with two carrycots (available separately) It also has several recline positions and a UV 50+ canopy. You can also add the bassinet to either or both seats to make it an all-in-one travel system.

The four composite wheels made of rubber are perfect for pavements and urban terrain however they're not made for off-roading - they struggled on long grass and gravel and there's a lack of space between the wheel and the bracket so mud got stuck easily. However, our tester still loved the buggy and did manage to climb some beautiful dirt hills.

Our testers found that the Nipper Double is incredibly easy to maneuver, even on uneven terrain or when turning on an area with a lot of traffic. They were also awed by the fact that both seats recline independently. This means they can be adjusted to fit your individual preferences - perfect for napping.

They also liked the fact that the hoods could be moved forward and back making them easy to adjust in the sun or to provide wind protection. Our test subjects did notice, however, that they didn't offer an extensive amount of coverage compared to something like the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods which is why it's recommended to bring a rain jacket in case of need.

Overall, pushchairsandprams our test participants loved the way that Nipper Double let them to take their twin girls Sydney and Lyla on a variety of adventures, from seeing wildlife in the woods, to rushing to the park for a playdate. They were also amazed by how cozy and spacious the two seats are, with plenty of room for toddlers growing to play in. The absence of parent-facing seating and the inability of using a car seat in this buggy were cited as a disadvantage by our testers. They would also have wanted a bigger storage area for shopping and other gear.
